FYI: I live in the dorms and cooking is prohibited in all rooms. I do have a kettle, rice cooker/steamer, and a small indoor grill. Anything that doesn't make the fire alarm go off is good enough for me. (And planning to buy a electric skillet lol)

Breakfast:

Taiyaki: 110 Cal
Tuna Sandwich: 155 Cal

Drinks:
4 glasses of Water (2 when I wake up and another 2 while I eat the sandwich)
2 Cups of Green Tea (while eating the Taiyaki)

Bagel w/Cream Cheese Spread: 180 cal
Medium Hard Boiled Egg: 70 Cal

4 glasses of water

Dinner:

3 Medium Egg Whites: 51 Cal
1 Large Mango: 135 Cal
16 oz Strawberries: 145 Cal
Bagel w/Philadelphia Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread: 180 cal

2 glasses of Water

What I Used:

1 Assi Brand Fish Shaped Red Bean Cake aka Taiyaki (110 calories)
1 Can of Starkist Chunk Light Tuna Packed In Water (100 calories)
1 Tablespoon of Miracle Whip (45 calories)
4 slices of Wonderbread Light Wheat Bread (160 calories)
2 Tablespoon of Philadelphia Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread (160 calories)
2 Sara Lee Soft & Smooth Mini Bagels 100% Whole Wheat (200 calories)
1 Medium Egg (70 calories)
3 Medium Egg White (51 calories)

8 oz of water = 1 glass

Eat egg yolk for vitamins (A, D, E and K)
Even though it contains a little bit of each, it's better than nothing. I still eat 1 egg with the yolk even though I take multivitamins.
