Something You Should Know

Back in March, I weighed about 135-137 lbs.

I started to count calories and exercised everyday except weekends on 15.Mar.2010.

Before I went home on 4.May.2010-08.May.2010 I weighed 120 lbs.
When I came back I weighed 127 lbs(08.May.2010). Gained weight was mainly because of water retention.

As of today 10.May.2010, I weigh 123 lbs.

Tips that helped me lose weight:
  • Count Calories.
  • Check the scale everyday as soon as you wake up in the morning after using the bathroom.
  • Exercise at least 3 times a week.
  • Drink Water!!!
  • Never Eat Less than 1000 Calories a Day
