I started to count calories and exercised everyday except weekends on 15.Mar.2010.
Before I went home on 4.May.2010-08.May.2010 I weighed 120 lbs.
When I came back I weighed 127 lbs(08.May.2010). Gained weight was mainly because of water retention.
As of today 10.May.2010, I weigh 123 lbs.
Tips that helped me lose weight:
- Count Calories.
- Check the scale everyday as soon as you wake up in the morning after using the bathroom.
- Exercise at least 3 times a week.
- Drink Water!!!
- Never Eat Less than 1000 Calories a Day
